Vacancies
Level 3 Early Years Educator
If you have a recognised level 3 qualification in Early Years, if you are fun, committed and kind, if you are available to work at least 3 full days a week, then we want to hear from you!
You will be employed to be a key worker to a group of children in our 2-5s room.
Full free training will be provided and you will join a team of positive, supportive professionals.
We offer a competitive salary, of up to £27,000 for a full-time staff member (40 hours a week).
An enhanced DBS (police check) and references will be required before you start.
Bank Staff (Cover)
If you like children and have some experience looking after children and if you are looking for a fully flexible job, then this is the job for you.
You will be asked to work when and if needed, often at very short notice.
You will help the permanent staff members with activities, feeding, cleaning, supervision.
Full training will be provided and we offer competitive pay rates.
An enhanced DBS (police check) and references will be required before you start.
Your Role as a Childcare Professional
Early Years Educator
An Early Years Educator holds a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years. They will be a key person responsible for the learning and well-being of a group of key children. Our educators are supported and encouraged to apply for senior and leadership positions within our organisation.
The key person`s responsibilities include:
- Settling in children alongside parents and carers
- Ensuring that care and learning opportunities always meet children’s needs
- Forming attachments
- Liaising with parents and carers
- Collecting evidence to show children’s progress in all areas
- Giving personal care to the children (help with feeding, toileting)
- Organising parents` meetings and writing end of term reports
- Posting observations on Famly online journals
Early Years Practitioner
An Early Years Practitioner holds a level 2 qualification in Early Years or is unqualified yet but able and willing to study for a formal qualification.
We fully support our staff to study while working.
As a practitioner you too will have key children after you receive extensive training and you will have very similar duties to an educator.
